2011 Children's Holiday Party

Children ages 5 to 10 years-of-age are invited to the Memorial Union for an afternoon of activities and entertainment. Registration is required in the form below. Event is free, space is limited.

Check-in | 12:00pm - 12:30pm

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
In-site Registration: Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 from 12-12:30pm. in the Memorial Union Lounge at OSU.
Party Date & Time: Saturday December 3rd, 2011 from 12:00-4:00 P.M. in the Memorial Union at OSU. Pre-Register below or register at the door, Max: 125 Children
Each child will be placed in groups consisting of 10-15 kids and will be supervised by two staff members of the MUPC. They will be escorted to different rooms in the Memorial Union to participate in different games or arts & crafts activities and then to a one hour final performance. Activities are aimed at children 5-10 years of age.
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s transportation to and from the event. To assist in the goal of keeping your child safe, we request that your child arrive NO EARLIER than 11:30 A.M. and that you arrive to pick up your child NO LATER than 4:00 P.M.
Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability Form will be available to fill out on the day of the event.
