Name This Building
Be a part of history…..help name this new student building and plaza
2010 students voted to build a new a 4 story building to be constructed next to the Memorial Union. The building will be the home many student programs including ASOSU, Greek life, international student programs, diversity development, leadership programs, Craft Center, Barometer, KBVR and more. This building and the Memorial Union will be connected with a glass canopy covered plaza that will keep students dry for outdoor activities and concerts. The building will be a sustainable, LEED Gold certified, with universal access. After years of studies, surveys and countless discussions surrounding the project, the new student building is underway with ground breaking on May 23rd of this year.
We would like your help naming this new student building and naming the student plaza between it and the Memorial Union. The only rule is that it cannot be named after a person. Fill out the online form and become part of the history of this new center for students. Deadline is March 15, 2013.
