Approved Caterers
Disclaimer: Please be advised that this list of Approved Caterers is subject to change throughout the year. Contracts between OSU and the off-campus caterers expire annually in June. In addition, certificates, permits, licenses, and other necessary documentation may expire prior to your planned event(s). The off-campus caterer is responsible for ensuring that all the required documentation is valid and up to date to be listed as an Approved Caterer. MU Reservations recommends that you verify the current approval status of your chosen caterer(s) closer to the event date to ensure compliance with all necessary documentation. You can email [email protected] or call 541-737-0634 to confirm the status of your preferred caterer.
Becoming an Approved Caterer*: If you are interested in becoming an MU Approved Caterer or Mobile Unit, please contact [email protected] to begin the approval process.
*Please note - this process takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Approved caterers will also be expected to pay a catering fee that is a percentage of the event food & beverage cost. This percentage does not currently apply to Mobile Units.
Internal OSU Caterers
Our catering menu offers an excellent variety of culinary choices, prepared by our award-winning staff and served with professional flair. Our staff will also help you customize any menu to include a personal favorite or a new recipe, or for dietary restrictions or cultural preferences.
