The Memorial Union Student Advisory & Activities Board is a body of committed students, faculty and staff from OSU that meets regularly during the Fall, Winter and Springs Terms. This body provides advice and recommendations to the Memorial Union Director. The members serve as advocates for the Memorial Union organization, it's budget, programs and services.

The primary role of the MU Advisory Board is to serve the student body by ensuring student focus in the programs, policies and operation of the Memorial Union organization.
Board Chair Position
Serve as the student voice for the Memorial Union. As MUSAAB Chair, you’ll lead meetings, partner with MU leadership through shared decisionmaking, and advocate for inclusive spaces, programs, and services that build campus community. You’ll also gain career ready skills employers value; leadership, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Vice Chair / Secretary Position
Help keep the Memorial Union Student Advisory and Activities Board organized and moving forward. As MUSAAB Vice Chair / Secretary, you’ll record meeting minutes, track key discussions and action items, and support communication between Board members and MU leadership. This role builds career-ready skills in organization, written communication, teamwork, and professional follow-through.
